Colleen & Drew Kincius of MicroGreens Project Indy

I have been impressed by Colleen & Drew for a while now. I have been following along as they have worked to teach kids of Indianapolis how to cook and eat healthy.

This episode gives you insight into a great program they are spearheading in the Indianapolis area. A project that was started by Chef Alli Sosna.

This is episode also touches on a lot of the challenges and issues with fixing food access and food insecurity. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

This is the last episode of the first season and I look forward to a new season starting in January. I hope you will all be back for season 2.

Chris and Ally of Love Handle

Sometimes it is good to do what you love, do it well and have that be enough. Chris and Ally love biscuits and gravy so that is what they serve everyday, along with some tasty sandwiches, and they are having a blast and loving life. Sherri Dugger of Dugger Family Farm and Farm Indiana Magazine

It was such a pleasure to get to visit the Dugger Family Farm and meet Sherri. Getting to sit and chat with her was like icing on the cake.

I kept crossing Sherri’s path on social media and when the universe drops the same person in front of me time and time again I choose to believe that it is a sign. I am glad I listened and that Sherri was a willing participant to be on the podcast.

As I mention in the intro on the podcast this conversation was a lot of what I envisioned when I started the podcast. A conversation that might touch someone, that might challenge and idea or make a domino fall that promotes change in our little world. It is these seemingly little conversations that matter the most.
